This Refund Policy explains how purchases made on ServerTilt are handled.

1. Digital Products
ServerTilt primarily sells digital goods such as platform credits and promotional services.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are considered final.
2. Tilt Credits
Tilt Credits are digital platform credits that can be used within ServerTilt.
Tilt Credits:
- Have no cash value
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for money
- Cannot be returned once purchased
All credit purchases are final.
3. Fraud or Abuse
ServerTilt reserves the right to revoke credits or purchases obtained through fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the platform.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
