ServerTilt Terms of Service

1. Overview

ServerTilt is a platform that allows users to discover, list, and promote online game servers. The platform may also provide a digital credit system and store features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ServerTilt. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal ability to agree to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Users may create accounts to manage server listings, participate in voting systems, or purchase platform credits.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate information

ServerTilt may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Server Listings

Users may submit game servers to be listed on the platform.

You agree that:

• ServerTilt may remove listings at its discretion

ServerTilt does not operate or control listed servers and is not responsible for their uptime, content, or safety.

5. Tilt Credits

ServerTilt may provide a digital credit system known as "Tilt Credits".

Tilt Credits:

• Are digital platform credits
• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• Are non-refundable once purchased
• May only be used within ServerTilt

ServerTilt may remove credits obtained through abuse, automation, or fraud.

6. Purchases

Users may purchase digital credits or services through the ServerTilt store.

All purchases are considered final unless otherwise required by law.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots or automation to manipulate votes or rankings
• Attempt to exploit the credit system
• Post malicious servers or scams
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Disrupt platform functionality

ServerTilt may suspend accounts involved in abuse or manipulation.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology related to ServerTilt are the property of ServerTilt or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ServerTilt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

ServerTilt is not responsible for:

• Server downtime
• User-generated content
• Third-party services
• Data loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServerTilt will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

ServerTilt may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

ServerTilt may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
