You start as a Citizen. As a citizen, you have access to anything a legit job (minus police and bank employees) or a criminal job has. That means you can raid, Rob, start gang wars whatever. You do not have to join a criminal job to be a Criminal

Create or join a Gang through the gang menu and fight for control of New York. Maintain alliances and enemies all through the panel. Or you can join one of the Legacy Gangs and Control your turf with your NPC Homies
Drug systems.
Making drugs in VR is even more immersive than ever. At this moment you can choose between Cocaine and Meth making. Both are in-depth in how to make and can be made fully in vr
Police.
Police are Police. You can rank up through playtime and arrests.
Heists.
Robbing banks requires planning. You need to source the Materials necessary including some drills and stuff to hack the bank's security if you want to go in quiet.
Flying and Boats.
Yes. You can Fly in Gmod VR! it takes some getting used to but it is possible to buy a helicopter and fly. boats can be bought aswell.
Npc System.
There will be npcs in the background living their everyday life. Police, Civilians and gang members alike. Be cautious if you are in that life they might try to take you out.
